Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days, cancelling a Custom Order incurs a $50.00 service fee to cover initial production costs.
Care and Maintenance
To ensure your model lasts, avoid leaving it on foam for extended periods to prevent paint discoloration. If storage on foam is necessary, wrap the model in a soft cloth or white Japanese paper. Keep the model away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
Guarantee Policy
Models come with a guarantee. If you are not satisfied, they may be returned within 30 days for exchange. Returns of models damaged due to improper handling by the customer may not be eligible for refund.
Personalized models are made based on your specifications and depend on the quality of information you provide. Please ensure references are clear and photos show detailed close-ups for best results.
The guarantee does not extend to replicas created under “artist interpretation” or to orders submitted with insufficient information.
Shipping and Handling costs are not refundable.

Ordering
We accept orders for any type of aircraft, from historic to current models. Please provide clear photos and detailed information; better images yield better results. Our craftsmen work directly from your photos, so include paint chips or samples for accurate color matching. Missing or incomplete references may delay your order.
